Gail has a soothing voice and presence that naturally creates a climate of safety. She gradually builds trust and gets people comfortable opening up. The result is that people will say in the group what they had previously only said behind closed doors or at the water cooler. Once the undercurrents and misalignments are expressed, they can be dealt with.
